Hey MANDID and JOY, I am going to hang out on "JOY OF WEIGHT LOSS". I'm not creative enough to post on both b/c I pretty much end up saying the same things on both. Hope to see you there.

I stopped smoking Sunday I've only been smoke free for 5 days, and for 5 days all I have done is eat.  I'm really concerned abouut gaining a bunch of weight as I am already over weight as it is.  I've been praying for control of my urges and to get ahold of them.  I'm trying to make exercise a new habit but so far the weather hasn't been helping me out.

Congradulations on being non-smoker.

Maintaining one's weight while putting an end to smoking is not an easy task for anyone.

I wish you the best. Next week, it is four months since I stopped smoking. I started smoking in my teens and here I am a grandmother. So you see, I smoked for most of my life.

Now, I have finally put an end to it.
