Good Morning Everyone, I wanted to check in. I'm so excited. It's been 3 days since I started my declaration weight loss program, and my energy level has increased, my appetite is under control even better than before,and the best part is I've lost 3 lbs and 13 inches. It's unbelievable!
Want to know how I do it just drop me a message.
Just so everyone can know it doesn't matter how old you are you can still get healthy, I'm 57 years young.
I hope you success with your weight loss.
I gained weight as I got older and it is hard to lose.
I learned that as we get older we develope things like arthritis that make it hard to exercise. I also have breathing problems.
So try to lose any extra weight while you are still young and try to keep it off.
Your body and health will thank you later.
I wanted to let everyone know that I'm making a personal declaration that over the next 5 months I'm going to lose 10-15 more lbs, I'll need all of your help to hold me accountable and cheer me on to reach my goal. Thank you.

This is a great group idea. I hope others can join and support each other. My suggestion is about a simple tool. I write own what I eat. This is not about noting how I follow a prescribed meal plan. It is about noticing the act of eating. I write so I pause and reflect as I get ready to eat.
I was so hoping this group was up and running becasue I could so use this group too. I just found it.
Is this group still active? I can use some guidance i have been feeling out of control giving into addictive eating behaviors
I've been doing Zumba, walking, and swimming about five days a week since July, but have only lost six pounds. I feel great as far as my health, but would love to keep losing weight.
Just a brief comment here...I have dropped over 35 pounds in the last year from walking about 2 hours a day...and adjusting my diet and limiting sweets..and it sure has paid off!
