Our guide is Our Lady of Weight Loss. She helped me to lose over 50 pounds 6 years ago. (after a life-time of yo'yo'ing).
We will dish the dirt, swap recipes and push, pull and support each other on the road to Sveltesville. (FYI, Sveltesville is where Our Lady of Weight Loss lives.)
