    Hi, I am a big fan and really enjoy working out with your tapes and DVD's. I have lost 23-25 pounds on Weight Watchers and am keeping it off so far (member since July 2007). Your tapes really help. In addition, I walk about a couple of times a week. I have done several half marathons and one full marathon over the past 7 or 8 years; I don't feel my age (52) and don't think I look it either. I am about to have an empty nest after raising two great kids since my divorce in 1992. I hope you will continue to make exercise DVD's and inspire people everywhere to get in shape! Thanks!     HI Kathy...I will be 51 this summer and bought myself awokrout DVD for happened to be your Build Muscle, shrink fat' does it hurt so hope your day is well.. God Bless.. Susan

    Hi, Kathy: I have all of your tapes/DVDs and work out to at least two of them per day. You have been a tremendous influence on my healthy living for years and I always wanted to thank you for your contributions to so many people in the world. I see you are continuing to keep up the good work and for that I am grateful.

    Kathy - I worked out with your tapes in the '80's, when I was a lot younger. Now I work out with your yoga DVD set. At 48, I couldn't even finish the beginner section. By 50 I was doing the advanced. Truly, it is never too late to stop, breath, and move into a new, better direction. Thanks for all the work you have done.
