Hi, Kala; I saw you as a member of the depression group and thought I'd stop by. It is difficult for me to imagine being bipolar, as I am major depressive, but I do understand the pit that we as mental health patients have to crawl out of. I'm ok right now, and I hope you are, too. We just have to take it one day at a time :)
