Regarding your other example, nobody was arrested except for the people who performed civil disobedience at that church. Are you sure that you thought out your assertion of jailed pastors and churches-forced-to-allow-gay-weddings?

Ake Green was acquitted. He never served jail time and he never paid any fines.
