I am dedicating my blog to the topic of wellness and all the different paths that can lead to a state of well being. I will document my own personal journey of health and wholeness while also offering information on the various modalities and methods being explored today. My blog will cover such topics as meditation, yoga, sound therapy, alternative medicine, working out (and my huge resistance to do so!), inspirational literature, Tai Chi, and so on.
