Hello Group, I enjoy crafting anything that I can think of to craft. I enjoy crocheting (although, this is becoming more and more difficult as I have RA), painting (I paint in any and all media), paint by number kits, buying used and dinged up furniture at the Goodwill so that I can refinish it in many different ways, sewing, reusing old “junk” by refinishing it or reshaping it to use in my garden, making my own various holiday decorations, and many other things. I also used to bead jewelry but my RA has stopped that activity. : ( I find that crafting is the best stress reliever and away of just relaxing. It has also helped me deal with my Obsessive Compulsive Disorder in that with handmade crafts I have had to overcome my issues with perfectionism.

Hi my name is Connie (my friends call me Jewels), and I LOVE everything about crafting and art. I think I've made just about every craft, in the past 44 years. I also have an online art/craft magazine. In the last year I've become sort of a Computer Geek, before that I wouldn't even touch the computer or any electronics (iPods, Laptops, etc...), now I can't seem to get enough:-) Anyway, I'm glad I found this site and this group.
