I'm very curious and excited to see if this group might be able to actually make us stress less. I am a believer in mindfulness - when your attention is focused on something, that thing is all the clearer. Maybe by sharing our stress-reduction tips, and homing in on what stresses us out the most, we can find more and more stress-free time in every day!

One way to make our stress less is by share our activities and perhaps some problems to our beloved friends or family.
