    Can we do it?

    I'm very curious and excited to see if this group might be able to actually make us stress less.  I am a believer in mindfulness - when your attention is focused on something, that thing is all the clearer.  Maybe by sharing our stress-reduction tips, and homing in on what stresses us out the most, we can find more and more stress-free time in every day!

    One way to make our stress less is by share our activities and perhaps some problems to our beloved friends or family.
    The positive feelings we get from them can help us to think positively, too..
    At least, that's what I always do and it works so far..

    I've been reading posts for quite a while now. I'm amazed at the different views that people have; and I love it.

    Stress has been an everyday for 45+ years, so I'll give it a whirl.
