Hi Dan, Thanks for your wonderful comment on my latest journal post, A Special Letter for You. It is indeed a beautiful letter, and I was amazed when I saw the beautiful words God wrote through me. I am so blessed to be His instrument. Hugs, Pastor S

Yes it's just appalling. You can stand in a former neighborhood and turn all the way around 360 degrees and see only destruction as far as you can see, it looks like a huge junkyard. I've been several times my grandmother lives there still she got VERY lucky. Many of my family members and family friends have no homes. But the outreach of help has been wonderful. Thank you for your thoughts.

Hi Dan ~ Thank you so much for the advice you have given us all in response to the message on my Journal ~ "Sometimes the pieces just FIT"...I'm bringing your response, and my response to your response over here (and it is also on the Journal message thread too)... "We should always only EVER say that "by God's grace I wont"...To do otherwise is to invite temptation." ~ Dan Very good advice Dan ~ 'but for the grace of God go I' ~ we've all heard those words. We've also heard the words, 'judge not lest ye be judged.' ... and 'lean not to your own understanding'... Usually when we say we will never do a certain thing, it usually involves a judgment about someone else's actions ~ i.e., I would never marry someone who had been married before -- Ooooops! And what happens, the person ends up marrying someone who has been married (not only before), but maybe even 2, 3, or 4 times before ~ MY LORD! Then, you know that person has to remember the words they had spoken (or the Holy Spirit will bring it back to their memory) -- because no doubt they were making a judgment about the behavior of others, without doing as you have mentioned Dan, and that is to -- say, "by God's grace I will never marry anyone who has been married before." Thank you for reading this message and responding. Love,
