I am an American born and raised in Southern California, now living in Saudi Arabia. Something I appreciate most in a person of any faith- or no faith, is tolerance. We all have to live here together, and we can not chose for others how or what they should believe.
I wish some Theists would stop acting as though they have cornered the market on a relationship with the Divine- even if you are "right" all you have is the better road map- maybe someone else has gone further with their defective one. Ultimately only God can judge- not you- even your perfect books are filtered through imperfect human understanding.
I wish some Atheists would stop acting as though they've cornered the market on logic and reason. Not only have they not-some of them are abysmal at it. They may "believe" that ultimately logic and reason will answer all questions of the unseen and unknown, and maybe they will, but until then no need to sneer at people who are theistic.
