I was looking at the news this morning and they were talking about the storms, hurricanes, tornado, the heatwave and how our crops are damaged and that grocery prices or going to go up because of all these bad weather conditions.

And I begin to think about how much stuff we humans save, put aside for a later date or just worship by looking at it and never using it.

We have cars, boats, empty houses, summer homes, winter homes, vacation homes that no one ever goes to and we just keep them for the sake of keeping them.

Let your family enjoy that stuff.  You can't take it with you.  Let your grand-kids drive that car, boat, etc.  Your getting old and your grand-kids may have to help you go to the bathroom one day and you want them to know who you are.

I tell my grand-daughter "remember grandma but you that candy and when I get old don't you mistreat me you take me to the bathroom if I need help."

God forbid!  But if they do have to help me I want to have a relationshio\p with her so that she will love me enough not to mistreat me.
