The link didn't work. Did they mention that it is American preachers pushing this over there?

I have heard from other sources that the tide is turning a bit in Uganda that the movement for tolerance is winning.  Here is an article that describes the first ever Gay Pride event in Uganda this year  www.newyorker.com/online/blogs/newsdesk/... Probably not as well attended as you would expect but it is a start.

My thoughts: Those Ugandan legislature folks are  just sick.  I thought the Stone Age was over.

Guess not.

Yes, it worked, but I left right away. I don't bother with websites that blast commercials at me. Not your fault though.

Desperate grandstanding -- should not be tolerated by the global community.

Mod note:  the opening post link worked for me.  I also changed the title of thread.

I did a second edit on the title now my coffee has kicked in.  Tongue Out

The sun rises every morning and sheds light, vanquishing the night's darkness. The rooster also rises every morning only, unlike the sun, he simply makes noise. But the darkness of the night is dispelled by sunshine, not by the rooster's crowing. The world can use more light and less noise. Where I can, I want to be light.
