Yep...they are trying to lock in, via legislation, the blue/red states for either side...and I am sure they hope to minimize the swing states in the process.

Yeah, voter fraud is such a rampant problem in this country.  Tens of thousands of ineligible voters are constantly joining together in a massive conspiracy to combine their individual votes to swing the outcomes.  After all, that is the most efficient and effective way to influence elections.  No need to fiddle with the new electronic voting machines or have party bosses stuff ballot boxes.  Just millions of voters.  Thats the ticket.
