Indeed.  And as much as I loved watching the Croc Hunter, it doesn't really surprise me that an animal (ok, which one actually took me by surprise) offed him, given that he made money off of pissing them off.

People who "love" wild animals by trying to get right into their space, or even handle them, are on the wrong track I think.
