On topic?  You are absolutely correct, dear sir, she is irrelevant.  But, some people will listen to her, sadly, so I feel some believe the comments should be rebutted for those that lurk. 

I sincerely doubt that any of those lurkers could be convinced out of their homophobic tendencies, if they has any. I've learned over the years that it's not worth the bother to talk to people like that; they just cannot change. Soon they will age out of the population and the younger crowd, which is not so homophobic, will take over and this whole thing will get sorted out.

Until then all we can do is work around the Archie Bunkers of the world as best we can.

Yes, they can. She is irrelevant. She is nothing.

Obviously, MANY people (mostly on the 'right" care considerably about what the Palincomparisons have to say - on ANY issue.

I'm sure most of them don't care either. In this case it is obvious that she is being used to say hateful things so that her mother won't appear to get dirty. My only hope is that most Republicans are not so stupid that they can't see through that farce. Maybe I give them too much credit?
