Prions are rather fascinating though.  Like a biological equivalent of "ice-9". . .

As well, roasted cow head is a popular dish in Mexico.

And, there's a fried-brain sandwich that is popular in the Ohio River Valley.

Run! its mad cows and they're mad! lol

but how disgusting is it that farmers will feed them and inject them with pretty much anything. Making them sick... in turn making us sick. Very scary indeed...
