Overturn  the Citizens United decision and outlaw Corporate and Union contributions in  the political process.

Make paper ballots mandatory in all fifty states. Make electronic voting machines illegal. It is too easy to rig the machine to say "yes" when the voter pushes the  "no" button.

For those who have faith, no explanation is neccessary.
For those who have no faith, no explanation is possible.

Such attempts by a plutocracy to subvert and manipulate democracy can only be viewed as conspiracy to commit treason.

I don't have as much of a problem with big donors as I have with anonymous donors, whether they be unions or corporations.

The disclosure requirements for Super PACS should be much more rigorous and create much more transparency.

As the recent #Occupy movements demonstrated, you don't have to be a rich, white prick to make your voice heard. Even if you're not Sheldon Adelson, you can still wield influence; it just takes a lot of effort, dedication, and determination.

Besides demonstrations there are creative vandalism (tagging and especially, stencil tagging by talented artists -- the possibilities here are endless), and free radicals like the Freeway Blogger.

There are ways to overcome the plutocracy's lies, which are now organized and choreographed by Key players like the Kochs, without money. In fact, money, being the preferred medium of our oppressors in laying on their incessant propaganda, is to be avoided if possible, as a corrupt and corrupting influence.

The number of people voting for 3d-party candidates should increase dramatically this year, as should the number who don't vote. Whichever party is returned to power in the fall might be asking us to support, pay taxes to, and possibly die for a government for which we did not vote and in which we have no stake.

So let the Koch brothers have Romney instad of Obama, if they're willing to put up the cash to buy the air time for their propaganda. Anyone stupid enough to believe it deserves Mitt Romney, I really don't care.

Why should the views of the poor and the middle class be shut out of the campaign because they can't afford to enrich the media by buying time for campaign ads?

Ah, campaign ads.

See, the problem is not about money in politics.  The problem is the democratic process itself.

People do not vote stupidly because they saw a campaign ad put on by company X.

People vote stupidly because they are stupid.

Again, this is not a problem of money, it is a problem of the democratic process.

The fundamental problems with elections are money is too powerful. Vote of a nobel prize winner and genuine dumb a$$'s  (who thinks Hawai is a different country) have equal weight.
