One of my favorite recipes:


Ingredients:


Servings:3500
1 medium elephant
2 (50 gallon) containers broth
500 lbs assorted fresh vegetables, chopped
2 rabbits     (optional)
Change Measurements: US | Metric
Directions:Prep Time: 65 daysTotal Time: 67 days
1Cut elephant into bite-size pieces.2This takes about 2 months.3Using large kettles, simmer equal parts elephant and vegetables with enough broth to cover.4Cook for a couple days.5If more are expected add the rabbits, but do this only if necessary.6Most people don't like to find hare in their stew.

Since I am a vegetarian I found this pretty amazing.  Mimi is actually now a Vegan.

Happy New Year Beliefnet Members!!!!


I rang out the old year as my son-in-law, Steve played the keys at a country club north of Dallas.  My daughter Roxanne took this video of me dancing to the music.  Yes, I partied in a room full of strangers (except Steve and Roxanne).  What fun!!!










What did you do to celebrate the old year passing and the new one coming in?

Happy New Year! Rang in the New Year by attending a small party at a friends. Sparkling red wine was part of the equation. Have made a few resolutions, some which I actually intend to keep! :)
