I tried this recipe last night and it's very tasty! Enough for 4 people.
2 tbs of butter 2tbs of flour 4 cups of sodium reduced chicken broth 1 bundle of asperagus (fresh or frozen) 3 or 4 leeks white part only cut in big pieces Melt the butter. After the butter has melted, add the flour and mix until it forms a paste. Add the chicken broth and the vegetables. Let cook for 20 minutes. Put in a blender to reduce to a cream texture. Enjoy! |

Sounds yummy.
I wonder if it would be good without putting it in the blender....

I think it would, just chop the vegetables in bite size pieces :)
