Ken Russell, the English producer/director who helped to make Tommy Tune & Twiggy
stars in his production of "The Boyfriend" has passed away at the age of 84.

Henry Kenneth Alfred Russell, was born on July 3,1927 in Southampton,England

He passed away on november27,2011 in Britain

Secret Daughter of Film Stars dies

Judy Lewis, the "Adopted" daughter of Loretta Young has passed away at the age of 76.

Miss Lewis was really Miss Young's real daughter.
Her father was Clark Gable, of Gone With The Wind fame.

Actor who starred in Dragnet & M*A*S*H  passes

Harry Morgan, the actor who portrayed "Colonel Potter" in M*A*S*H after McLean Stevenson
left and who also played Jack Webb's partner in "Dragnet" has died at the age of 96.

Harry Morgan died in his home after a bout of pneumonia.

Harry Morgan was born on April 10,1915 in Detroit,Michigan.
His birth name was Harry Bratsburg, he changed it when he became an actor .
He used to go by the name "Henry Morgan" but changed it so as to advoid any
mixup with humorist Henry Morgan

Harry Morgan was married twice,his first wife passed away in 1985 after 45 years of marriage.
Harry Morgan & Eileen Detchon had 3 sons.
Mr.Morgan is survived by 8 grandchildren and his second wife, Barbara Bushman.

Cardinal who was "God's Whisper" passes

Cardinal John Patrick Foley,the former voice of the Vatican and it's longest serving Cardinal
has passed away at the age of 76 from lukemia.
Cardinal Foley was known for broadcasting the Easter & Christmas Masses from the Vatican.
He served for almost a quarter century, most notably Pope John Paul II.
It was Pope John Paul II who elevated him to the post of "Pro-Grand Master of the
Equestrian Order of the Chruch of the Holy Selepchure in Jerseuleum"
This happened in January of 2007,Pope John Paul said "It was one of the best things I did"

In 2004 he defended Mel Gibson's film "The Passion of The Christ" as being
historically accurate in it's telling of its account of Christ's trial.
John Patrick Foley was born on November 11,1935 in SharonHill, Pennselvania.
He was an only child.

Dion & The Belmonts member Fred Milano has passed away at 72.



He was diagnosed with lung cancer three weeks ago, so it's possible that this was the cause of death.

BLUES SINGER DIES


ETTA JAMES,known for her hit "AT LAST" has died at the age of 73 after a series of illnesses.
Ms.James, passed from complications from lukemia, but she also suffered from other
diseases/underlying conditions,among them was dementia.

Her passing was announced by Ms. James manager, Lupe De Leon.

Etta James, was born on January 25,1938
Her real name was "Jamesetta Hawkins" which she later changed to "Etta James"
when she became famous.

Etta James's mother was Dorothy Hawkins, and her father could have been
pool player "Rudolph Wonderone" who was known by the name "Minesotta Fat's"

I saw the last few seconds of this story on one of the 'entertainment' shows, but had forgotten to look up more information about it.


But on Thursday, January 26, 2012, we lost one of the Sweathogs from TV's "Welcome Back Kotter."


Robert Hegyes who played Juan Epstein on the show died of a heart attack at age 60:

I think that it's pretty sad and pretty unbelievable that there are so many healthy, powerful, and healing foods that I have learned about from watching "The Doctor Oz Show"...but unfortunately, most Americans from their childhood on up, have only learned how to eat what is essentially equivalent to 'garbage'...and are basically in a 'slumber' when it comes to not having a clue as to what that kind of food is doing to their bodies and to their health. It's really sad.

Former Olympic Skier, and basic for "The Other Side of the Mountain" dies at 75

JILL KINMONT BOOTH, the former Olympic skier who was paralysed in 1955 while training
for the 1956 Olympics,in Cortina d'Ampazzo,Italy has died at the age of 75.

No cause of her death was given at the time of her passing.
The film "The Other Side of the Mountain" which told the story of Jill Kinmont's tragic
accident and also that of her boyfirend Olympic daredevil Dick Buick, who died in a
tragic plane crash on his way to see Ms. Kinmont.
The sequel "The Other Side of the Mountain II" which told of Ms.Kinmont's life after
the first film and her subsequent marriage to her husband.

Marilyn Hassett, played Ms. Kinmont in both of the films.

Our condloences go out to Jill Kinmont's family and friends.
