Co -founder of the Personal Computer Passes at the age of 56

Steve Paul Job, co-founder of Apple Computer has died at the age of 56.
Steve Jobs, recently stepped down as CEO of Apple due to his declining health.
He had a cancerous tumor removed from his pancreas in 2004 and underwent a liver
transplant in 2009. He seemed to be in remission and was looking good till earlier this
summer he held a press confrencnce telling all assembled that he was stepping down
as CEO and turning the reins of the company he helped found to Timothy D.Cook.

Steve Paul Jobs was born on February 24,1955 in San Francisco,CA.
He was adopted by Paul & Clara Jobs. He has a biological sister, Mona Simpson.

He had a "uniform" of a black sweatshirt/turtleneck & bluejeans. He had over 100pairs.
he was 6'2", and both he and his wife were strict vegetarians.

Steve Jobs will be missed in the electronic world and in the entertainment world.
We have him to thank for computers,the IPhone,Pixar,Toy Story and who knows what else.
He helped to make our lives easier.
He was a true visionary.

Television News Legend Passes

Andy Rooney, who closed out each episode of the Sunday news program "60 Minutes"
has passed at the age of 92 only one month after his departure from that program on
October 2, 2011 after delivering his take on things.
It was his 1,097th appearance on the show.

Andrew Aitken Rooney was born on January 14,1919 in Albany, New York.
He won a Bronze Star during World War II for reporting.

He was married till his wife Marguerite howard died in 2004.
He's survived by his 3 Daughters & a Son.
The children are Ellen Rooney of London,Martha Fishel of Chevy Chase,MD,
Emily Rooney of Boston,MA and Brian Rooney of Los Angles.
He's also surived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

I never watched 60 Minutes till I got married,and my inlaws were big fans of the show.
For the past 33 years I've tuned in every Sunday as a fan of the show.
Andy Rooney never disappointed,he always entertained.
I loved it when he tell of companies that we didn't need things like huge pieces of cotton
inside of bottles of asprin~ just give us more asprin and a little cotton.
is that so hard to ask for???
He will be missed,and theres nobody like him.
When God made Andy Rooney, he broke the mold.

Hollywood Costume Designer Passes

Hollywood costume designer, Theadora van Runkle, has died at the age of 83.
She was born on March,27,1929 in Los Angels, California.


Miss Van Runkle, did the costumes for the following films:
The Godfather, Bonnie & Clyde, Bullitt, & Peggy Sue got Married.
