Due to the demands on our time as we complete the upgrade to the community, there is no place on the Forums where Beliefnet staff can monitor or discuss problem reports. We are, however, super-available by email at the above address. We respond to all problems submitted by members within one business day, and are currently working around the clock to be as responsive as we can.

If you do post a problem report on the forums, instead of emailing us, it is unlikely that staff will see it, and therefore unlikely that we can do anything about it.
