Ok so in the AG you cannot be a pastor if you are divorced. Am I correct? If not I would like to know. If so biblical reason??? If that is still the case can a pastor be married to a woman who has been divorced? If any body has answers for me it would be very much apriciated. Thanks! :)

I originally posted this three weeks ago. It is very discouraging that I can get no answers. If anybody even knows where I should start looking for the answers I will do the work myself I just need to be pointed the right direction.

It depends on a couple of factors. Officially they will license you if you are the innocent party in infidelity that caused the divorce, the divorce occurred previous to salvation, or you were abandoned.


It is really up to each district on whether or not they will license you.
