I have prayed on numerous occasions over the last few months to recieve the baptism of the Holy Spirit but have yet to recieve the initial evidence (speaking in tounges) I am very sincere in this Im not asking for selfish reasons so I dont understand why I have not recieved it yet.

I'm surprised no one has responded to you. Sometimes we don't know why we haven't recieved what we asked for in prayer. The only thing we can do is keep seeking. If God has put the desire in your heart to ask for it, he wants you to pray until something happens. (P.U.S.H) sincerely, Rusty W. |
