I am elated with this decision, and frankly, totally  surprised by it!  This is a great day in United Methodism!


Read the article for details.  It's a rather complicated case(s), but Judicial Council, despite changes in its membership brought about by the Council of Bishops, affirmed the clear teachings of the church's Book of Discipline.
