Dumbarton UMC, located In Washington D.C., and its pastor, May Kay Totty, has made it known they will begin wedding couples of the same sex at their church. Their decision is in total violation of the church's Book of Discipline. Former UMC pastor Jimmy Creech was defrocked from Methodism in 1999 for officiating over a same sex marriage. The Bishop says he will "follow the Discipline." We shall see.
