Yes, who would worship such a God? My God says it is not His will that ANYONE should perish. On the other hand, He will not force anyone to love and obey Him.

Left to their own will, men and women dead in tresspasses and sins will alwys chose to go to hell for their sins.  Made alive by God's grace, they are enabled and inclined to embrace the promises offered in the gospel.  Those elect and effectually called by God want to live God.  Those who want to go to hell, were never effectually called, though they may have heard and responded in some temporary way to an outward call, without saving faith. Every living person deserves hell and God is not obligated to offer to or effect salvation in any.

One must distinguish between the decreetative will and preceptive will of God.  God commands all men to believe; he does not decree all men to be saved.  If he decreed such, all men would be saved.

To make salvation ultimately dependent upon an individual's will is to make man sovereign rather than God.  This is belief in another God, not the Sovereign Lord of the Bible.
