The Assemblies of God stood firmly against the "Latter Rain" movement at General Council in 1949 listing the erroneous doctrines they were dealing with at the time and condemning them as unbiblical and heretical.

Then at General Council in 2000 they reaffirmed their stance in Resolution 16 concerning "End-Time Revivals" which said in part:

...We believe that God's Spirit never goes where His Word does not. . . . We have been lambasted by elements of the electronic church and charismatic renewal as being backslidden and non-Spirit led when we have not jumped on popular bandwagons of the day loaded with the meringue of personality and spiritual excess rather than the plain meat of God's Word. So be it! If criticism is the price we must pay for asking the question: "What saith the Lord in His written Word?"-then let us wear that criticism gladly as a sign of fidelity to Christ...

At the "Florida Outpouring" in Lakeland Florida, Todd Bentley preaches much of the doctrines dealt with at those General Councils. Why aren't the Assemblies of God saying SOMETHING to their members?

Would they be so bold to be criticized now as they SAID they would in 2000? Has the desire for "fidelity to Christ" left the AG in just 8 years? It would benefit the organization if they would dust this paper off and do what it says and judge this revival, its participants and their pastors by what it says.

to read the Articles concerning the Assemblies of God involvement with this "revival" and the Open Letters I have sent to:

•General Superintendent, Dr. George Wood:
•Peninsular FL Dist. Supt, Terry Raburn:
•AG Public Relations Director, Keith Surface:
•Steve Hill's church:
•John Kilpatrick's church:
•Stephen Strader's church: (Church Secretary, Karla Dickson)

Pastor John Kilpatrick's Official response is here: … icial.html

Pastor Stephen Strader's Official response is here: … icial.html

I have not received a response from the others yet but have given a deadline of 72 hours from noon today.
If I do not receive a response I will then begin contacting AG churches, pastors, and members in any way I can to show them the contradictions of their denomination from 1949, to 2000, to today.

For the sake of tens of thousands of deceived Assembly of God congregants please write to the above key leaders yourself to express your concerns.
