The Diocese of Central Florida has posted this protocol for parishes leaving TEC.  Bishop Howe has issued this letter.  ENS has this article.

It's my impression that Bishop Howe, is just restating what has always been the accepted Canons of the Church and, therefore, he is stating 815's stand.[/FONT][/COLOR]
