In an interesting dispute of opinions a Municipal court Judge was rebuked by her Philadelphia Bar association.

Dominique Gindraw was accused of ordering the accuser, a prostitute he had hired, at gunpoint to have sex with three men for free. The Judge, Teresa Carr Deni, dismissed the rape and sexual assault charges Oct. 4. She upheld only conspiracy, robbery, false imprisonment and other charges against Grindraw. The judge felt that because the accuser was a prostitute the crime was more in line with robbery than a sexual assault.

The Bar Chancellor in a statement questioned the Judges understanding of the law and wrote
