Off topic.... this is reminding me that whenever I read anything about astrology in 2006 and 2007, I kept running across something about 2006 being an especially difficult year for Leos. It was an incredibly good year for me (though what was good then has led to lots of problems for me now). I wonder what made the difference?
Hmmm, maybe Saturn being in Leo, especially when it opposed Neptune in Aquarius. That could be difficult. In around April or May of 2007, I could see the potential for problems forming in your life for sure. I'm PMing you with more... |

Even down to the detail of it starting in late March. I suppose something else in my chart counterbalanced the Saturn in Leo stuff for 2006? |

I wrote in the post above April/May, but after looking at it again, I realized more like March/April and then I PM'd you.
I suppose something else in my chart counterbalanced the Saturn in Leo stuff for 2006?
You're a late degree Leo, so it wasn't until September 2006 that Saturn got within orb of your late degree Sun. By March 2007, Neptune closed in along with Saturn (which passed your sun in October '06 but went retrograde to team up with Neptune to hit you doubly hard). Jupiter squared your sun in September/October 2006, and with Jupiter, regardless of aspect, there is usually an upliftment, which countered the Saturn heaviness at that time. |

Hi ManzanitaBear!
If you write down your whole chart, houses and all, I can interprit it for you as best I can. Mercury in Virgo: I know THREE people with mercury in Virgo. When they save money, it's almost like a sexual or religious experience for them. I'm buds with all of them. I'm a Mercury in Scorpio, so they always come to me for "emotional" advice, I always go to them for "physical" advice. When we both get together "mentally", a conversation could go on for hours. For instance! Me and Josh, who's a Mercury in Virgo -- We go to McDonalds on Mon and Wed, cause their Salads are only .99 cents. We go to Sonic on Tue and Thurs cause it's half price day. We can get a decked out burger and a footlong coney for only $3.00 -- awesome deal! We used to battle for who could spend the cheapest every month. But of coarse, Mercury in Virgo's could eat beans and ramon noodles everyday with a smile if it's saving them $30 bucks a month -- no offense, this is something I enjoy about them. They like rough, satrical humor. I'm a hit with my Mercury in Virgo buddies, even if I'm being absolutely disgusting, cause they enjoy how I'm saying it, more than what I'm saying. Vice Versa. I could listen to a Mercury in Virgo bitch and bitch and bitch about their lives, and it doesn't phase me, infact, I enjoy it! When we both complain, we do it from a third perspective point of view, so we both understand it, and we can get "Meaner" about our opinions cause we aren't being specific. Know what I mean? It's almost retorical how you communicate at times cause your saying it from a "round-a-bout" way. I like people who think and communicate this way cause I find them to be A: more flexible and diverse, and B: less argumentive and insulting. Venus in Virgo: I don't know how this will affect you as much, but I'll tell you one thing -- YOU LIKE POSTURE! People who move with posture you find elegant and intriguing. Maners are a big role! People who treat you with physical respect, like stepping to the side or what have you, you immediately enjoy being around. I am a Mars in Capricorn. I open doors for people, and if I'm walking passed people, I'll tuck one arm behind my back. When people don't show me physical courtesy, I consider them to be "THREATS", cause they obviously don't respect my physical presence in the room. If I move aside for someone and they try to walk through me, it's hard for me not to start swinging punches. So people who are courteous to your physical nature, you will enjoy greatly cause you fell safe with them. I say this cause I enjoy people with ASCENDANT in EARTH, cause they are the same way. Mars in Gemini: You will have a sort of "fleeting" work effort -- You'll get the job done, but your going to need to move around a bit to do so -- I.E. you need your coffee break, and radio, what have you. You also like to have your options. You would like to try more than one way to do something -- at all times -- not that you can't establish a routine -- just why do something the same as it's always been done, just because? You'd rather find a way that's quicker, more fun and entertaining for you, and also works the fastest, cheapest, and is most effective. -- but your also likely to have alot of CLUTTER! If you keep your car clean, and your house clean, you might take it out on your garage! You want that one place where you can just throw shit around and let it pile up -- it's a disgusting habit, but you enjoy it. -- So get you a little storage unit and take our your frustrations on it. Spray paint it all shitty. Stuff crap in it. Beat it up. You'll enjoy it. And this will also help you keep your truck and kitchen clean cause your venting on something else, right? Anyway, I've rambled on a storm. Hope some of this makes you laugh, or cry, or something! peace :) |

Oh, also with ASCENDANT in EARTH.
Especially CAPRICORN, you enjoy getting dirty -- but only for advancement. Your not going to get dirty for the fuck of it, you want it to mean something. Again, I have a Mars in Capricorn. I don't take orders from anyone unless they have "experience". If their tough and have been building steel for 40 years, I'll take a fair amount of shit from them. If they've been doing it for two years... they better watch how they talk to me. Also, you play HEIGHARCY. You communicate with your supervisors and president's of the company. Being a Mars in Capricorn again, I do this. When I start a new job, I go straight to my Supervisors and Managers and establish repor with them. Then I'll worry about my co-workers. If my co-workers can't handle the fact that I get along with my Supervisor, that's their problem. I get pissed at my co-workers cause they need to grow some nuts, take some responsibility, and face the big guy running the show! If anyone expects to be the "LEADER" of a shift or a company, they have to be able to find their mistakes first. Again, I make mistakes at my job all the time -- but it's never a problem cause I find them, then I go straight to my supervisors and tell them, then I'll fix them, which technically doesn't make it a mistake cause I found it and corrected it. A "mistake" in truth, is something that goes "untouched". Anyway, your going to be big on a job that has Value, is Respectable. You consider yourself "prestigous", and you should cause you'll bleed more, and break more bones for something you love and enjoy than anyone else, damn straight you deserve some fuckin' respect for it, right? Anyway, I like CAPRICORN risings. I work with one. Awesome guy. We get along really really well. He's a tough mother fucker, very stern, and playful, friendly, and professional. This guy makes everything we do feel like we're building a Battleship. He's that focused and intense, and precise, and hardworking. I enjoy it very much. He slows me down, I help speed him up. Get'er done, right? Anway, there you have some of my experiences. Hope it helps! :) |
