I don't know if this is an issue that pertains to myself or if it's something everyone is experiencing but it seems for the last year and a half things seems to have come to a grinding halt in the lives of my husband and I.  We've been dealing with what seems like the same things with no resolution. 

Family illness with no resolution, when we try to move forward with something like planning a simple get together obstacles block us from moving forward.  My husband was unemployed most of last year starting in October of 2006 (10 mos. total) and during that time had a leg injury that put him in a cast preventing him from going on job interviews.  This winter is never-ending not to mention a stalemate in the Democratic race for president.

Is it just me or is there some planetary aspect to this feeling of being "stuck"?

Well the real question is, how are the planets transiting through your natal charts in particular.  Different things are going on for different people at any given time, depending on how the planets are aspecting their individual charts and also on the choices they make.  If you are unable to read birth charts and interpret the transits yourself, a professional astrology reading would be a worthwhile endeavor for you right now.  For us online, it would be pure guesswork to figure out what's going on for you.  There's probably something either transiting your third and sixth houses (the houses associated with neighbors (3rd), health and work (6th)) or aspecting natal planets in those houses, probably some squares, oppositions or even T-squares considering you're not in a good frame of mind.  Only a qualified astrologer with your birth charts could help you best.

In the meantime, just remember that everything changes, this too shall pass, sooner or later, so better times are ahead.  Best wishes.

Thank you.  Yes, I do feel as if change is nudging me in some way.  My husband feels the same.  I haven't had my chart looked at in a while and had last gone to a woman that read Tarot cards and would incorporate chart transits as well from her Ephemeris.  I've been thinking of going back so perhaps this is the right time.

As far as Spirit trying to get my attention, Bob I couldn't agree more.  I do feel some message is being sent to me and for some reason I can't hear it.  What's the best way to do this?  I'm not very disciplined as far as regular meditation goes so I try to tune into dreams or intuition and other signs that may be telling me something but I feel the message is garbled and unclear.  What do you suggest?

I had been thinking that maybe on a bigger scale that maybe some planetary shift was taking place that would be one of the bigger, slower moving planets that affect people on a larger scale, but perhaps it's more personal than that and I should look closer at myself.
