I'm a Capricorn too but I don't know any of my house or moon signs. I was born Jan 12, 1963 in the morning, so if any of you out there want to find out for me, that would be great. I have a Capricorn son, my youngest who was 18 last December 28. I think he represents a true-blue Cap's personality, much more than I do. We certainly share a wry sense of humor, often poking fun of those who "don't get it" (I know, thats terrible.....) we just can't help but allow other people make fools of themselves for our enjoyment! Any other goats out there feel like this? For us, this seems to be the balance for the driving, ambitious pursuits.

I am lucky twice over because my oldest son is a Pisces and we get along so very well. We have a very special bond. He has always confided in me about EVERYTHING (sometimes more than I expected or was prepared for) but I wouldn't trade our closeness. You might be able to learn your moon sign by looking up the day you were born.  Moon signs change every two or three days, so if it changed the day you were born, you would need to know your time of birth to know which one you are.

While time and place of birth are necessary to learn your exact rising sign, you can narrow it down if you know you were born in the morning.  If you're born at or near sunrise, your sun and rising signs are the same.  If you were born at high noon, your rising sign would be three signs forward from your sun sign.  For a Capricorn sun, a noon birth would mean Aries rising.  If you were born well after sunrise but before noon, your rising sign is somewhere in between--so that narrows the possibilities down to Capricorn, Aquarius, Pisces, or Aries.  If, on the other hand, born in the morning means born in the wee hours, that would require counting backwards from Capricorn.  A midnight birth would give you Libra as your rising sign.  Etcetera.
