Somewhere in all this he says the end of sex ought to be procreation so I guess old married couples, of whom the wife has past menopause should immediately cease to ever have sex again!!

The rational use of that organ is pleasure.  Birth control was born of our rational desire to have our candy and not get fat.  To have all the pleasure, and not be burdened by more children than we chose to have.  Ration allowed us to seperate love from reproduction.  The base animals mate because they are driven to, because without the drive to have sex, their species would die out.  Some can be in proximity only when driven mad with desire.  OK, I have had relationships like that, but mostly we can use our mind and our heart to set the bar a little higher.

Mr Sorba can only think of procration as a reason for sex because he is empty of any love.  He could no more understand my wife and I than he could those Lesbians he was so incenced by.

amy this is an eye opening clip you posted, and john, great comment. you are right. this jerk could never even begin to understand love between two heterosexuals let alone two men or two women.

this was great food for thought and an excellent reminder that there is still much ground to be covered in protecting civil rights of all people, regardless of ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion etc....
