Namaste everyone,

My name is Andrew Bowen. Project Conversion is a year-long journey in which I explore and immerse myself in one faith, each month, for all of 2011. Each week I will delve into one of three topics: Week 1--Rituals and practiced. Week 2--Culture and Arts. Week 3--social issues. Week 4--Reflections.

I am currently in the middle of Hinduism as a Saivite and I must say, I'm having a blast and learning so much from the local Hindu community who have taken me in. Since this is a forum about spiritual journeys, I thought you might be interested in following along or even sharing your own stories.
