I've recently begun meditating, and so far I've mastered the whole concentrating on the breath thing and clearing my mind. But when I come out of my meditation, I always feel groggy and out of it. I tend to get a sour taste in my mouth as well. I gradually "wake up" so I'm not like jerking awake or anything. Is there something I could be doing wrong? |
