Meditation is a way of life and a means of transforming the mind. Meditation means a concentrated state of mind or to engage in mental exercise to reach at the highest level of spiritual awareness. It is a state of consciousness that brings serenity, clarity, and bliss. Moment-by-moment impressions to me means, those random and haphazard momentary things that go through our mind, are cumulative and can leave behind an emotional trail. Could we fit them into a pattern/s? If so then maybe can we call this a kind of meditation? |
