Meditation is a way of life and a means of transforming the mind. Meditation means a concentrated state of mind or to engage in mental exercise to reach at the highest level of spiritual awareness. It is a state of consciousness that brings serenity, clarity, and bliss. There are a lot of reasons for meditation such as for stress reduction, improved health emotional stability, positive thinking, and happiness and for success or quality of life.

Care to elaborate on what you mean by "moment by moment impressions?"

Moment-by-moment impressions to me means, those random and haphazard momentary things that go through our mind, are cumulative and  can leave behind an emotional trail. Could we fit them into a pattern/s? If so then maybe can we call this a kind of meditation?
This connects with something I read on this website: ahmahaa.org  but
could not quite understand. See if you can understand what they try to explain.
