It is my personal belief that the Hindus possess the most potent methods. The Buddhist system isn't too much different, though. That being said, "Book 4" by Crowley (Don't be thrown off by that name--he was an adept) explains the Hindi system in a plain and concise chapter-by-chapter basis. And it is going with me exactly how Crowley said it would. He studied under some of the Hindu Masters; that is enough for me.
