don't know why i was thinking about this rumi love poem:

The Lovers.

The Lovers will drink wine night and day.
They will drink until they can
tear away the veils of intellect and
melt away the layers of shame and modesty.
When in Love, body, mind, heart and soul don't even exist.

Become this,
fall in Love, and you will not be separated again.

my mouth beckons
that primifluous
teasing drop
that slips
l a n g u i d l y
from your lips
onto mine,
delighting
my waiting tongue,
and causing
my breath to quicken!

love this part of your m22, and I agree with your selection from Sabrina's

[QUOTE=mommy2two;1041423]wo ho ho sabrina . THAt was worth waiting for.  love the line :

" without so much as touching me
              with your artist's fingers...
              Without so much as sliding
              your lips down the curve
              of my pulse beaten throat..."

i know that ! i know that ! my beloved and i know that !!!  what IS up with that, anyway??? its amazing is what it is !  phew. it's getting really hot in here. and just wait till i get amy to copy and paste her latest fantasy over here. then, we will all be useless !

((((AMY)))  better come and post yours from " no escaping my love'....

hang on to your seat, sabrina!!!

gigglegiggle...had a feeling you'd be able to get into this one...what is up with that, sweets?
it's called a love connection, inspite of and despite the darth of miles between two people...
funny thing is, our situations aren't all that uncommon these days...with the war separating couples, many people are in the same boat as us...loving from a distance...albeit, we do not have to worry about our beloveds being mowed down in a spray of gunfire...thankful
I am for that...

don't want to hang onto my seat, Babs and you can't make me...gigglegiggle...

great and passionate offerings by the both of you...so, I ask...got more???????????

Gravity

we two
ordinary women
from
ordinary places
have done
the extraordinary!

finding eachother
like needles in a haystack
or two comets crossing in the night sky,

we read eachother
from states away
galaxies apart

unfurled ourselves
through simple words and
complex thought shooting through space

knew one another
before even meeting,
familiar somehow, from eons past

melted eachothers' hearts
with those first tentative smiles
and cosmic embraces

revealed ourselves
blemish by blemish
brilliant atom by atom

touched eachother
hand to skin
moonbeam to soul

set eachother free
through love and desire
launching ourselves beyond gravity...

Love came easily to us,
and in the
most extraordinary
of ways
but
life makes no allowances
and
imposes instead
the most ordinary
of earthbound
restraints,
keeping us
tethered,
apart.

Not In _________ Anymore

we closed a door
that day
on
all that mattered,
turning instead
to eachother-

the extraneous
falling away,
receding quickly
as
we gauged our love
and
slipped on eachothers'
skin for size,
lavishing exquisite
attention
to
all that mattered
laid out
squarely,
side by side,
on
a bed
in
a hotel
in ________
that day.
