I realize you guys wont call this any type of obama failure.  It is so ingrained in your ideology you cannot post the words.

Effectively Putin looked at obama's "red line in the sand" and get that sand in his face.

Remember obama to Romney?  After Romney said the biggest geopolitical threat to the world was Russia:  "Hey Mit, the cold war called and wants their foreign policy back."  Remember that?

Maybe obama will build his presidential library in Moscow.  Better perhaps Putin will build it for him.

Just last week, obama says the dictatorship in Syria cannot stand.  LOL....what was Putin sitting there thinking do you suppose?

It all looks planned.

Putin seems to have duped Obama about helping in Syria.  It is a mess.  We should have helped rebels more when they needed it.  But as I recall the rebels didn't seem much better than Assad, so it was one bad government for another.

If Putin wants Russian troops to die for Syria then that is his call.  I sure as hell don't want Americans ding to help stabilize the Middle East.  They need to fight it out amongst themselves.

It was an Obama failure.  But what I don't see a lot that we can do except spend money on bombs and aircraft.

I agree...Obama meddling in Syria is a failure...he should leave it to Russia.

And you'll notice that the Republicans running for pres ain't suggesting what we should do, but that certainly doesn't stop them from whining.  Bush was on "Morning Joe" today and Christie yesterday, and when asked, all they did was song & dance around answering.

Yea, Obama is the biggest weenie we've had a President in a long time. It's a good thing he won the Nobel Prize for peace his first year as President, I doubt it would be handed to him now.

Roses always come with thorns. Sometimes, thorns first, sometimes roses first, and, sometimes, thorns outside, roses inside, sometimes roses outside, thorns inside.

Someone who dreams of drinking wine at a cheerful banquet may wake up crying the next morning. Someone who dreams of crying may go off the next morning to enjoy the sport of the hunt. When we are in the midst of a dream, we do not know it's a dream. Sometimes we may even try to interpret our dreams while we are dreaming, but then we awake and realize it was a dream. Only after one is greatly awakened does one realize that it was all a great dream, while the fool thinks that he is awake and presumptuously aware. Chuang Tzu

TENAC, what is Obama doing in Syria that should be done differently?

Do you think he should send troops?

How would you pay for it?

Please be specific.

If Obama was all hardcore 'let's go to war' then he is a warmonger.  If he doesn't he's a wimp. In fact, I could go back in this very forum and find those threads where TENAC actually made those charges.
