To make things even funnier, or stupider, it seems the husband is also filing suit against the kid. It seems he has lost the "services" and "consortium" of his wife as a result of the accident. Hmm, wife takes ball in the mouth, husband loses wife's services.


 


I just hope the dumbass parents suing  have to explain to their kids how Mom getting popped in the mouth causes pain and suffering to dear old Dad.


 


Reminds me of the joke about how diamonds are made.

Sadly this will probably have to go to court to determine if it is frivolous .  They are claiming the wounding throw was intentional.
