I think that's just terrible about the 13 y/o boy!  If only the PFLP and other terrorist groups would stop firing rockets indiscriminately across the border into Israel, then the Israelis wouldn't fire back on those originating co-ordinates!


It is always tragic when innocents are killed in a war : ((

So who's responsible?


Read the LAWS OF WAR regarding an enemy using residential areas to conduct military operations (like Hamas firing rockets into Israeli cities)


Any protection those Palestinian residences had from attack was lost because Hamas chose to launch weapons from there, wihich legally allowed Israel to respond with force in self-defense.


Accordingly, if anyone should be blamed for the death of innocents, it's the Palestinian Authority in Gaza, e.g., HAMAS.


This, of course, has been covered over and over.  Unfortunately, some people never learn...

Lieutenant Colonel Avital Leibovich, an Israeli military spokeswoman, denied any Israeli involvement in al-Shawwaf's death, saying on Twitter that the report was the result of "false rumors" and that the boy had died due to an explosion of ordnance belonging to Palestinian militants.
