It is obviously a political move, aimed at jumping the gun on Rubio, who is in favor of such a move, but one that should have been taken a long time ago. We are not talking about "illegals" that came into the country on their own. These were children that were just following their parents. What exactly are the legalities involved with this shouldn't even be a consideration.

Clearly. It could very easily backfire on him...
Shouldn't it? Gee, we can't separate the kids from the parents, eh? That means we can't deport the parents, eh? Plus, more incentive for those South of the border to drag their kids across the desert in hopes of MORE amnesty. ENFORCE THE BORDERS

Sure it's a political move, but Fodaoson's right: the INS is strictly executive branch, and the executive doesn't need permission from himself to do this. So I guess you red-meat eaters and manly types here want to kick out these thousands of people whose parents brought em here when they were babies, eh? Well, Goo to you.

That won't happen if the Repubs get in, just like it didn't under Dubya. If poor people sneak in here to get work then they should bear the brunt of getting caught, certainly not the sainted job creators who are happy to exploit a source of cheap labor.

I guess I wouldn't mind so much if you Vegan anti-border lace-panty sissies were willing to foot ALL the costs associated w/ illegal aliens, but since it has to be shouldered by ALL taxpayers, then: ENFORCE THE BORDERS STOP ILLEGALS FROM ACCESSING TAXPAYER-FUNDED SERVICES

Lets close the border . Move the 3rd ACR to Ft Huachuca AZ. A brigade of the First Cav to Ft. Bliss TX/NM, A Big Red One Brigade to San Diego. Create ICE/Border Patrol Air Assault SWAT teams , Get Former East German Border ops plans, Put US Navy swift Boats/Coast guard at Corpus Christi , Galveston TX, New Orleans, LA Gulfport MS, Panama City, St Petersburg, Naples and Key west FL. Then we can watch the fruit, vegetable and other agriculture industries costs and prices go up and up and production down and down. p.s. And btw, to your question ”Is this not HIGH CRIMES AND MISDEMEANORS...? “ The answer is no; it is a constitutional power of the President.

Let's open the borders. Let's allow ALL employers to hire illegals at wages BELOW minimum wage (why else hire illegals over citizens?) Let's allow illegals unlimited access to our public services. Turn the US into another 3rd world shithole. Yeah, riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight...
