Flying from Al-Arish, an Egyptian port city in the Northern Sinai, to Amman, the airline is reportedly sold out for the next two months.

They could have named it anything.  Doesn't make it a "National" airlines for anybody.  You think American Airlines is the "National" airlines for the US?

Yes there were state run airlines in many countries. Having an Airline does no harm to Israel, so I do not see any reason why it should not be supported.
