12-year-old taken into custody

A boy accused of rallying to commit crimes and subvert security has been taken into custody at the Minors Care Centre. Twelve-year-old Hassan Ali Hassan was arrested on May 14 as he was rioting along with 12 others and burning tyres on Shaikh Salman Highway. “The boy, who completed his final sixth primary examinations, is provided social care in the centre”, Women Police Acting Director said.
