The attack was a deliberate bombing of a kindergarten, the war criminals knew the site of the kindergarten, they aimed a missile at it, and damaged it. That is a deliberate attack.

Sherri,

Lets try this yet another way.

There were two missile attacks in Khan Younis that weekend.  The OP claims the kindergarten was hit on Saturday night.  One of the Khan Younis attacks was 2am Sunday morning (which many people would label Saturday night). A farm was destroyed in that attack.

Is your claim of known fact that the missile targeted the kindergarten but missed and destroyed the farm instead?

Or is your claim that there was a third, entirely unreported, attack which occurred that weekend?

Sherri:  There is NO PROOF that Israel 'targeted' the kindergarten building.  NONE.

And the stuff about 'Israel has a long track record of targeting civilians' is absolute propaganda BS:  it can be proven to be lies quite easily.  But time attempting to 'discuss' with you is wasted - because you've already decided that whatever happens, Israel is and was entirely in the wrong.

Israel does not intentionally target non-combatant civilians.

The only reason the quoted poster is not being sued for libel is because no one really cares about what she says.

The self-styled human rights groups can make insinuations and raise "questions", but I have not yet seen a direct and clear accusation from them about Israel or the IDF intentionally targeting non-combatant civilians as a part of policy.

Another fair and unbiaed site that reports both sides, BD?

Yes, I've read accounts that the various Pal propaganda sites cut, paste, and share the same story over and over and over.

Strangely enough, tho, these stories NEVER make it to legitimate news media.

This story is simply another one of those.

Jewish settler shoots dead two Palestinians in West Bank

RAMALLAH, June 17 (Xinhua) -- An Israeli settler shot and killed two Palestinians in the West Bank city of Hebron Sunday, Palestinian sources said.

A third Palestinian was wounded in the attack, which took place in the south of the city, the sources added.

The sources said the Palestinians tried to steal the settler's car before he opened fire at them.

The ages of the dead are 79 and 35 respectively, according to medical sources from a Palestinian hospital in Hebron, where the dead bodies were sent.

Israeli army forces arrived at the area, held the injured man for questioning and opened an investigation into the shooting.

Question for ya, BD...

Are there NOT murderers among the Palesinians, too?

Does this even REMOTELY look like the Israeli government sanctioned these two?

Is it possible these settlers will be investigated and stand trial?

How many Hamas rocketeers are gonna even be charged, much less stand trial, for deaths or injuries caused by rockets being fired into Israeli communities?

BD,

Your goal in your previous post, if I am not mistaken, was to address the claim:  Israel does not intentionally target non-combatant civilians.

Is the story you linked to your best case?  'Cause, no offence, it sucks.

1.  This is not an action by the Israeli government.

2.  It is not about "settlers" or border disputes or land claims, combatants, IDF or military objectives -- its about criminal activity.

3. the case is being investigated, as it should be, by the Israeli authorities.

Here is an opinion piece on an interesting parallel case which happend recently in the US.

BDBoy - do you really want to go there? "What will the Isralies do"?  Much more than the PA has ever done about Palestinian murderers of Jews, I think that's sadly certain.

The two 'boys' in Awarta who murdered most of the Fogel family - and expressed regret only that they missed killing more people! - have been acclaimed as 'heroes' by their own families.

www.jpost.com/MiddleEast/Article.aspx?id... <- PA TV calls them 'heroes', too

And then there were these Palestinian murderers:   news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/middle_east/969778.s...

Some of these perps were traded to get Gilad Schalit back.....

Really, BDBoy - with the marvelous track record of the PA and other 'authorities' of NOT prosecuting murderers of Jews - I don't think there's really a lot of 'high moral ground' from which to be presuming to condemn ANY Israeli response short of a full pardon......

BDBoy,

Your source got the facts all wrong. The Israeli was not a settler living on the West Bank but a tow truck driver from Ashkelon. The Arabs who attacked him with clubs and were shot by him were, according to Palestinian sources, "Naim Nijar, 34, who was shot in his head and neck, and Anwar Abed Rabbo, 35, who was shot in his chest." The Israeli driver was 52 years old. He was injured by the Arabs who attacked him with clubs and iron rods.

The Israeli police are investigating the incident.

The facts of this story can be found at:

Interestingly the Israeli reports have not identified the truck driver by name. I suspect, though I by no means can confirm, that the Israeli truck driver may be an Israeli Arab.
