It seems that despite claims by the government's propaganda machines there would be major violent acts committed there were no violent acts commited that they said there would be. |

It seems like our government and the Israeli government are in a shouting match to see who can yell terrorist the loudest when accusations are made against those that do not agree with them, it all reeks of McCarthyism. |

So what was the takeaway from the extended weekend's anti-NATO protests? The establishment, i.e., governments plus the corporate power structure, are very nervous and scared, feeling as if they are under seige (which they are). This is obvious from the numbers of police deployed to handle a peaceful march and demonstration (some are saying cops outnumbered demonstrators), and from the infiltration of dissident groups both before and during events of the weekend by FBI and police agents provocateurs. Obama responded by declaring the Afghan War is over. It's not, of course, and he's lying, of course, but it was a nervous response to pressure. As from the beginning, the establishment is determined to wipe out the Occupy Movement and suppress dissent. In doing so, they make their clumsy, inept, and brutal responses the story, rather than the movement.

I was reading an article that said another outcome of this past weekend is the Occupy Movement which was very involved in events in Chicago has gotten their second wind. On another note of what I see how our country is well on it's way of going down the road to facism is the why independent media members have been treated since last October , link below is what happened to several of these media members in Chicago.

I was afraid that the Occupy movement was going to melt like a winter snowfall, but our meatball establishment in their fear-driven responses is doing its best to keep the pot boiling. This is kind of like playing rope-a-dope with a not-too-bright, 300-pound ten-year-old kid.

"While for the most part I do get along with most police at the events I have cover there has been times where certain police have acted hostile towards me and have prevented me from shooting. From talking to police officers I can say without doubt there are those that are sympathetic to the cause of the protesters."
And this is why you've referred to Chicago's police as 'fascist storm troopers' several times right in this thread. |

After the Election, watch for the powers that be declare that "we have an insurrection on our hands" and take "appropriate countermeasures" to "deal with the crisis".
For those who have faith, no explanation is neccessary.
For those who have no faith, no explanation is possible. St. Thomas Aquinas If one turns his ear from hearing the Law, even his prayer is an abomination. Proverbs 28:9 |
