Does this signify a new honesty in Palestinian public officials?

Does this signal that the PA / HAMAS a split is widening?

Is it political posturing by the PA to show they are less corrupt than the alternative?

In any event it is interesting.  Please note the statement that Hamas is trying to break Gaza off and form its own country.
